1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all transactions carried out via the website www.srclickdrive.com, operated by S.R. Automobiles Sàrl.
By using the website and making a purchase, the customer fully accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Offers and Availability

The vehicles presented on www.srclickndrive.com are described with the utmost care.
Information (price, specifications, availability) is provided for indicative purposes only and may be modified at any time.
Images and photos are non-contractual.
Sales are subject to the actual availability of the vehicle.

3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

The customer may reserve a vehicle online via our website.
The order becomes binding only after written confirmation from S.R. Click & Drive and signing of the sales contract.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of doubts about the customer’s creditworthiness or incomplete information.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.
Additional fees may apply (registration, license plates, insurance, financing).
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or financing/leasing according to the agreed terms.
A deposit may be required upon signing the contract.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

The vehicle is delivered to the agreed address or at our garage in Romont.
Ownership of the vehicle is transferred after full payment of the agreed price.
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a firm commitment.

6. Warranty and Claims

New vehicles benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty.
Used vehicles are sold with or without warranty, as specified in the sales contract.
Any claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days following delivery.

7. Right of Return / Withdrawal

For new or used vehicles sold on-site, no right of return applies unless required by law.
For reservations made online, a 7-day withdrawal period may be granted only before delivery, subject to administrative fees.

8. Liability

S.R. Click & Drive declines all responsibility in case of improper use of the vehicle by the customer.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the website or the sold vehicle.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available on www.srclickdrive.com.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be subject to the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg (Switzerland).
