We process your data only for the purposes listed below, with the corresponding legal basis:

5. Retention periods

  • Leasing application data of unsuccessful applicants: 12 months
  • Identity documents (ID/passport copies): for the duration of the contract + 10 years archive• Browsing data and analytics: 14 months maximum
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
  • Contact form submissions: 24 months from the last interaction

6. Data sharing and cross-border transfers

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, only when strictly necessary:

This pre-assessment may result in a positive or negative recommendation, but no final decision is taken without human review by our team or by the financing partner. You have the right to request human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest the result of the automated processing.
