Terms and conditions and warranty

At SR Click & Drive, we strive to make your vehicle purchase or leasing experience simple, transparent, and secure. All our sales are subject to the terms and conditions below, in accordance with Swiss law.

1. General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales and reservations made via the website www.srclickdrive.com, operated by S.R. Automobiles Route des Echervettes 4, 1680 Romont.By reserving or purchasing a vehicle, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms without reservation.

2. Vehicles and Availability

The vehicles displayed on our website are described as accurately as possible (make, model, mileage, options, etc.).

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

All vehicles are offered subject to availability.

In the event that a vehicle becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed promptly and may choose to:

  • Maintain the order for an equivalent vehicle, or
  • Receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

3. Vehicle Delivery

Delivery may take place:

  • At our garage in Romont, or
  • At the customer’s address, according to the terms agreed at the time of sale.

Ownership of the vehicle is transferred only after full payment has been received.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not binding. No compensation shall be due for reasonable delays.

4. Guarantees

4.1 New Vehicles

New vehicles benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty valid at the time of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical or electronic failures in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.

4.2 Used Vehicles

All used vehicles undergo a full inspection prior to sale.

A warranty of 3 to 12 months may be offered depending on the vehicle’s age and mileage.

Certain vehicles may be sold without warranty if this is clearly stated in the sales contract (e.g., export vehicles or specially priced vehicles).

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered:

  • Wear-and-tear parts (brakes, tires, clutch, bulbs, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
  • Repairs carried out without prior approval from SR Click & Drive

5. Claims and Assistance

All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of vehicle delivery to: contact@srclickdrive.com

Our team commits to:

  • Reviewing the request within 72 business hours
  • Proposing an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or cost contribution where applicable)

6. Return or Cancellation

An order may be cancelled free of charge before the final contract is signed.

Once the contract has been signed, any cancellation may be subject to administrative fees.

Vehicles that have been delivered may only be returned in the case of a proven hidden defect, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

7. Liability

SR Click & Drive shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages (loss of use, loss of profit, etc.)
  • Delays caused by force majeure (strikes, shortages, logistical disruptions, etc.)
  • Information provided by third parties (manufacturers, financial partners, etc.)

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No customer data is shared with third parties without consent.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg (Switzerland).
